Le cortisol (l&rsquo;hormone du stress) et l&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heureusement, vous pouvez essayer d&rsquo;influencer vous-m\u00eame votre \u00e9quilibre hormonal. Les trois r\u00e8gles de base suivantes vous permettront d&rsquo;aller plus loin :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>L&rsquo;exercice physique <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dos\u00e9 restaure et stimule l&rsquo;hippocampe, ce qui am\u00e9liore la fonction de la m\u00e9moire et la concentration, r\u00e9duit la production de cortisol, augmente <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l&rsquo;endorphine, l&rsquo;hormone anti-stress, et r\u00e9duit ainsi le stress. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Choisissez donc un sport appropri\u00e9 (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence un sport d&rsquo;endurance) ou une forme d&rsquo;exercice qui vous pla\u00eet, ce qui augmente la probabilit\u00e9 que vous continuiez \u00e0 faire de l&rsquo;exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Reposez-vous suffisamment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de sommeil est essentielle au bon fonctionnement de notre corps et de notre esprit. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de toutes sortes de processus physiologiques s&rsquo;effectue pendant le sommeil. <\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Mangez sainement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nous compensons souvent le stress par la nourriture, et surtout par des aliments sucr\u00e9s.
